The last four years of my career have been pathetic, with no salary increase even after moving from part-time to extra hours after multiple requests. There is no professional care from the top management. After receiving a threat email, the last salary had to be contested through legal proceedings

One of my great regret of my life is joining in ConfigCar GmbH. I never seen/heard such worst employer in my life. He does not have single cent to pay the salaries. however, He wants all work done by the employees. Never ever come close to such an idiot. He may change the company names (ConfigCar GmbH to ProTagged UG). Be careful. All the positive reviews are fake and internally madeup. The CEO/Employer name is Stefan Uhl. Please be careful. Run away.
