Great product, customers and the developer community really love it. The company's mission of changing the world and allowing customers to increase the number of real-time use cases in production.
Cons
So many people in management from Oracle, it's creating a toxic culture. Also, the company really struggles to promote ICs to Leadership positions. They really under-invest in Leadership training so managers are more like spreadsheet warriors.
