Pros
Confluent is a very unique company, pioneering real time data streaming. It is still very new and has not completely taken off in Europe, lots to build out and direct managers are very helpful and involved. Remote work which is great and ability to go into the office whenever you want even if its only for an hour
Cons
Inbound leads are basically 0. If you inherit churned accounts you will not be able to make IAC, not a lot of reps understand how we get paid
