Pros

I have been with company for about 4 months now, and can honestly say I have enjoyed every day of it. I like talking to people and promoting brands, especially with the portfolio that Connect DFW has established. I started as a recent college grad from UNT, and can appreciate the hands on training I received. A lot of companies I applied to wouldn't interview me because I didn't have any experience. I like the fact that after I finished my training classes and have established a positive track record, it has given me the ability to not having constant supervision, and I can have the freedom of working without someone over my shoulder telling me what to do all day. With that, also comes with personal accountability. The company has very high standards, and do enforce them when those standards are not reached.

Cons

Not a whole lot, the hours can be long, but that's if you dont hit your goals on time. There was a few people that were negative in the office, but they have been replaced now.

Pros

I worked for Connect DFW for a little of 3 years. It was not only my first career decision but one i will never regret. The staff was like a family to me, always there for you when you needed them. Executive Management is what really changed my future. You always say how if someone would just believe in you and give you a chance then success will follow. Funny thing because that actually happened to me. I was a sponge and wanted as much information on business, communications, and management. Really anything they were willing to teach me I wanted to learn. Unfortunately circumstances happen in your life and my family and I had to move out of state. I still work as a consultant from time to time, but without the teaching, training, guidance and trust Management gave me, I wouldn't be where I am now. It was amazing at how many wonderful opportunity have presented itself since then. However, I wouldn't be able to do what I do today if it wasn't for all that I learned with Connect DFW. It was by far the best career decision I have or ever will make in my life. I highly recommend this company to someone looking to work hard, likes a team environment, and has a drive for success.

Cons

The only negative was that I can't do more with the company from out of state.
