Pros
Consona tries very hard to make it a good workplace even when working remotely. The sales team meets weekly and tries to flush out deals on the table as a collective. The management team for the sales engineers are very protective of their staff and stands by them.
Cons
They are very process oriented which tends to add more red tape when doing sales. This can be viewed as a positive, but sometimes it annoyed the sales team to jump through hoops to do a demo.
