      Work hours are flexible but that's only because it's a global company where employees are spread across multiple time zones

      Cons

      Priorities are muddy, and when you do not have the same consensus on the order of priorities you find yourself being overworked to switch over to what is now the real priority

      Work life balance and comfortable.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for growth. Constellation asks a lot of it's portfolio companies but operates in a slow and bloated fashion.
