Terrible Leadership - Customer Success Manager Constellation Software Employee Review

Too many to list. This company is really 100's of tiny companies and then they go in and all they care about is EBIDA, EBIDA, EBIDA....The first thing they do when buying a company is pull every benefit you ever had. They are canadian owned so insurance for US employees is terrible. They will find every reason in the book to lay you off. I still have a job, but, they laid off so many of my coworkers with no notice. No Thank you.
