Pros
There is a lot of love about working at Constructor! - Great product - and it just keeps getting better. - Strong engineering culture - it's so wonderful to partner with talented, driven and empowered engineers. - Great culture - everyone is working towards the same goals and truly there to support each other in getting there. Able to build strong personal connections with folks across the org even in a remote setting. - Excellent leadership - I feel like we have great direction from the sr leadership group which cascades down into all areas of the organization.
Cons
The only cons that come to mind I think are similar for any remote distributed & growing company: - Timezones can sometimes be tricky when you want to meet with people half a world away. We have processes in place that make it work but its not as easy as when folks are all in the same general area. - We're growing which means we're constantly changing. For some folks that is an environment where they thrive and for others not so much. I think it's good for anyone looking at a growing org to ask themselves if thats the right environment for them before they join.
