Pros

- If you work like a professional who wants to move up, you will be treated as such. - Great communication with high level management. - Growing company in a stable market with a strong business minded corporate team. - IT department gets a lot of support from company.

Cons

- Benefits package leaves much to be desired, this would be the best improvement I could suggest. - Not so much a Con because its for the best of the company and team, but if you don't have the right attitude/personality or customer service skills in Tech Support, they will let you go.

Pros

My regional director was always available to help.

Cons

At the facility I worked in, management was terrible. They never wanted to hear opinions from others and conflict resolution was at a minimum because they were part of the problem.
