Pros
Provides good opportunity to learn and grow in the challenging environment. You get exposure of working with US clients, work as a part of there internal team, have regular interactions and at the same time you get involved in architectural discussions and take ownership at very early stage of your career. Work life balance vary client to client. Permanent remote as of now.
Cons
ConsultAdd only have clients in US, thus you have to always work in night shift. Increments were always good in ConsultAdd but recently they have stopped giving good increments due to financial crisis, recent layoffs have made things tensed internally amongst the employees.
