Working at Consumer Dynamics has been one of the most gratifying and challenging experiences I could ever imagine. The level of strategic thinking and creativity is exceptional -- stemming from the partners and permeating throughout the entire staff. As a strategist, you get to work on some really amazing, thought-provoking innovation and brand strategy projects -- and see the real results of your efforts in the market. After working here for a few years, I still feel like I'm learning every day and excited to see what big strategic question will be thrown my way next.
Cons
This is definitely not a company for those people who want to coast through the day. There's a lot of work to get done, and everyone on the staff expects that you'll pull your weight. You're also asked to wear many hats, so it can be hard for folks who aren't great at managing their time and workload.
