1. Pathetic work environment. You have to work in midst of people who are arguing, shouting, talking loudly and what not. 2. HR is not at all cooperative and treats some employees in unwarranted contemptous manner. 3. Politics is everywhere. Everyone wants to be a manager because they think management is all about supervising and doing no other work. 4. I was really surprised to see the CRT monitors (There were about 50%) when I joined. I was grilled, when I asked for a small TFT monitor. I offered to bring my own TFT monitor, but even that was declined.
