      Pros

      They provide a good product and the shop floor employees work very hard

      Cons

      Management treats its employees (including its supervisors) as expendables. This was not always the case but has become so in the last 2 years. Lots of drama among employees. I've never seen so many unhappy employees. Very, Very high turnover rate, even among supervisors.

      High culture standards, work - life balance, benefits, involved and forward thinking management

      Cons

      Salary is not the highest, but it is reasonable for the job, so it can’t really be counted as a con.
