- Complete lack of consistency and follow through especially as it relates to sales and marketing; all initiatives are touted as the the thing that will right the ship but they last 2 to 4 weeks and then they are forgotten or partially executed (marketing campaigns, top accounts, ABM, etc.)
- Unable to differentiate from competitors and entry into DXP market was a mistake considering the solution portfolio doesn't qualify
- Ineffective marketing resulting in a dearth of new leads; the "we're converting from PLG" excuse only lasts so long; unclear what Contentful stands for
- Strong AE's cannot achieve quota with massive turnover in certain regions
