Interview
Initial call was with the recruiter, this went great, she was extremely knowledgeable of both the team and the position.
Second call was with the hiring manager, VP level. After being very late to the zoom call she was clearly distracted by people in her home the entire time. This made for an awkward interview, and not a great experience overall.
The position had already been up for a a few months when I had applied, and I have now seen it’s been refreshed/ reposted multiple times. It looks like they’ve been trying to fill this role for over 4 months which is also a bit of a red flag given then amount of applicants on LinkedIn alone.InterviewWalk me through your resume
