      None whatsoever. If this company or the people running it had any pros it would be a miracle

      Cons

      If i start writing all of them there will be no space left. The worst organisation anyone can ever work with . The investors don't know what they want and are only playing with peoples lives and careers. The head of the organisation is nothing but a mere puppet at the hands of the investors. If anyone wants to have any sort of career never be associated with this company or any company that has the same investors/management

      Pros

      Conversion Bug culture is very open and there is no limit to growth for people with great attitude and potential. Helped me to raise self-confidence & develop the insight to various challenges which i used to face in IT industry. The best part of company there is no senior / junior in company all are treated equally. 1) Various type of Technology can be learned. 2) Management always welcome ideas from employees & allow them to do research & execute same. 3) Salaries are paid on time. 4) Friendly & talented Staff.

      Happy hours on Weekends!!! PF facilities Healthy snacks on every Wednesdays & evening refreshments daily Respects social life, great work life balance

      Needs improvement on employee benefits e.g Insurance
