Pros
You will get to work on all technologies the company has in its tech stack. Laravel, Vuejs, Javascript, Linux, Ubuntu, Docker.
Cons
Working hours is very flexible. No bonus for extra work. You don't get cash incentives for your paid leaves that expires every year. Also you won't get much leave to use the paid leaves.
