Pros
Training is very hands on and can be fun. The regular employees are great people. You can make fast friends here. You don't have constant supervision. At its heart, it could be a potentially great company.
Cons
Management is awful, and at my particular location, the turnover rate is unbelievable. There is very little communication between employees and higher-ups. Be prepared to deal with some of the scum of the earth customers, as well. The company is incredibly Christian based and also expect you to have a very limited personal life. Best to stay away.
