      Pros

      - Great culture (team bonding, weekly social hr, local colleague meetups) - Sense of leadership in building up your own role and how to best succeed - Direct manager was great for our team - Open and honest communication from leadership - Good pay and incentives

      Cons

      - Company went through a complete rebuild - Change of CEO within 1 year of new CEO stepping in - Mass layoff with this change - Might want to wait a little longer before this is a stable company
