The opportunity to influence, drive and implement strategies. I love working for a company where I positively impact people’s lives and their career. We all are empowered to initiate fun activities – ping pong tournaments, office Olympics, white-water rafting, bowling, holiday parties, etc. We focus on heavily on team work and collaboration… and even have a team performance bonus in place. We are all utility players at times and I enjoy being able to work on projects, teams and events that I would typically not be afforded in most organizations.
Cons
There are so many awesome ideas that we have to better our company and services but our resources and time often limit us. Being able to prioritize and implement projects in a more robust way is critical for our future growth. Focus on increasing our wellness benefit offerings for employees and consultants. As we grow ensuring we have the right people on the team who fit within our culture and are accountable for driving towards the vivid vision.
