Pros
Core4ce offers a great work/life balance as well as good benefits. I really like the fact that C4 offers career development and opportunities to grow in your field of expertise. Core4ce has found ways to connect employees in this new hybrid environment where team members are sometimes on the other side of the country. I really enjoy the pets channel where I am able to see my coworkers' fur babies and I can share mine. We are able to form a connection outside of the typical work conversations.
Cons
Like most companies, as they grow, there are growing pains along the way. Core4ce is doing everything it can to reduce those growing pains.

I enjoy working with my team and other colleagues here. The work is challenging and I know I am doing meaningful work the will contribute to the protection of our country.
Cons
Rabidly growing which is not really a con, but as with growth comes uncomfortableness which is very common. This is a company to stick by, we are doing great things!
It’s hard to believe it has been almost six years since I started at Core4ce. It has been a great experience, and I truly enjoy working with my coworkers. Core4ce really takes care of its employees, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team.
