      Pros

      I enjoy working with my team and other colleagues here. The work is challenging and I know I am doing meaningful work the will contribute to the protection of our country.

      Cons

      Rabidly growing which is not really a con, but as with growth comes uncomfortableness which is very common. This is a company to stick by, we are doing great things!

      Pros

      It’s hard to believe it has been almost six years since I started at Core4ce. It has been a great experience, and I truly enjoy working with my coworkers. Core4ce really takes care of its employees, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team.

      Pros

      Excellent people, great benefits, inspiring mission, forward leaning innovators, team atmosphere. Core4ce is pivoting into an exciting new business model fully leveraging AI to transform our value proposition for our national security mission customers .

      Cons

      Leaders should delegate more and create stretch opportunities for their direct reports. We have the size, but we don't currently have a clearly defined approach to generate value from those employees who find themselves on the bench (through no fault of their own).
