Company was created and grew way to fast through acquisition by combining very good firms into one massive mess. Overleveraged and bloated. Current client experience is dismal. The world is promised and infrastructure precludes delivery of anything close to what is promised or expected. Those that have equity participation are staying. Talented people leaving due to inability to deliver a quality client experience and a HEAVY sales culture built on what's best for company and not client.
