Pros

Work from home. $500 sports allowance. $50 monthly internet allowance.

Cons

Leadership prioritizes short-term profitability and "quick wins" over long-term stability, creating the feeling that the company is just being prepped for an exit. Constant turnover and frequent departures make it difficult to maintain any momentum or feel secure in your role. Individuals with legacy knowledge are leaving and new joiners are slow to pick things up. The product roadmap is disjointed; there’s a lack of meaningful integration between offerings, and features are often left half-finished once they’ve served their purpose for a sales demo. There is a significant gap between what Sales promises and what the product can actually do, which puts unnecessary pressure on the teams left to manage customer disappointment. A lack of consistent strategic direction leads to a "firefighting" culture where everyone is constantly scrambling. Salary is only increased in line with cost of living (and often the increase is slightly below it) unless you’re being promoted. It’s impossible to have a long term career at Cority and gain a competitive salary.

Pros

Cority is clearly the best product in the market, and they've built such a kind, welcoming culture. This is the best place I've worked in software, even if it's hard work.

Cons

I personally love change, but if you don't, may not be for you. They company is growing up fast as it tries to go for market leadership. That means things can feel a little chaotic sometimes.

Pros

This is one of the best workplaces I've ever been part of. Truly a great exec team, great culture, great business outlook.

Cons

Despite the great culture, it doesn't feel like employees are actually valued because they prioritize cheap labor. Salaries, at least for positions outside of engineering, are drastically under market value.
