Pros
nothing good, atleast in some organizations if you compromise with compensation, then you get exposure to learning opportunities but here neither you are paid nor you get good profile. This company is just a crap. I wonder how it is surviving, no matter it will get closed soon if the same CEO(dont mistaken with GB) continues to run the company
Cons
-working there is just like ruining your career - no infrastructure, no benefits - salary pay out is delayed each and every month - statutory benefits like PF are not deposited regularly - no bonus payment although it is a part of CTC and irrespective whether you have achieved your individual goals and company is generating revenue
