      Pros

      It WAS a really good company. I have been here for many years, but now the company is clearly going on a death spiral.

      Cons

      Layoffs and cuts in the salary while asking for extra work. Poorly designed AI products. It used to be a rockstar company, now it is almost average.

      Pros

      I started recently with the company. Overall, onboarding was smooth. I received lots of great communication and documentation. My laptop arrived early so I was able to be ready for my remote onboarding session. Everyone I spoke with was nice, professional, and genuinely seemed to like their jobs and the people with whom they work.

      Cons

      Remote onboarding is always tough for making people connections, but it was not bad. I did have some tech issues but they were addressed and resolved quickly.
