Thank you for giving this feedback, and I truly am so sorry about the experience that you had, and for creating an environment that didn't support you through your time at Crafty. That really is the opposite of what we want to do, and if you're open to it, I'd love to hear more and so we can make sure that it's not an experience anyone has to go through again. You would, of course, be paid for your time if you're open to diving in further...and fully understand if you'd rather not. Appreciate you posting and giving your feedback in the first place, I know that there is labor involved in even writing this out.
