Big discrepancy between legal and non-legal staff. And if you work in IT, be prepared to be treated by IT management as work-horses. Expected to be there no matter what. Told that since legal staff will be working remotely in certain cases (i.e. bad weather) - it is unacceptable for the same to be said of a department fully able to work remotely. Inserted so many middle layers of management that it makes it hard to get work done since there isn't enough people doing the daily work. And favoritism definitely exist internally in the department.
