Years of mismanagement and lack of leadership have drained almost any talent we’ve hired and have left our only real product and funding source in a sorry state Despite our attempts to gloss over it in recruiting and marketing, we’re a for-profit company - not a not-for-profit org and not a B Corp Our donations have made a massive difference for Progressive not-for-profit orgs but we’ve been cutting them for years under our latest CEO — down from $200,000 a month just a few years ago to $150,000 now Inconceivably hired our latest CEO from what appears to be a marketing clickbait company - despite him having no apparent history in Progressive activism After years of neglecting our wireless product we are left with almost no differentiation and rely on short term marketing gimmicks to get people in the door and then lock them in with contracts Most of our systems are decrepit and difficult to manage or work with - which leads to almost no innovation and bad customer service
