Pros

I worked there for almost two years. Really great place to learn, I worked in an amazing department with people who taught me so much to skyrocket my career. The best in the AV industry. If you are trying to level up your career and love the AV industry it's worth dealing with the cons below if you are early in your career. There is no better training ground.

Cons

Upper management and leadership seem to be severely disconnected from what is actually going on within the companies culture and or they just don't care. They are constantly losing talented people due to low compensation and poor benefits. Don't have a baby while working there, doesn't matter if you are male or female; the benefits are non-existent. Upper management uses bait and switch techniques to get more out of you and try to manipulate you so that they don't have to pay you more for your work. Get your experience and leave, you will be appreciated at other companies.

Pros

Relaxed. Management understands traditional AV industry is saturated and is trying hard to pivot the company into new direction. Whether it will work or not is to be seen.

Cons

This place really needs to re-evaluate how they hire and retain engineers. Across all disciplines, there are many senior level engineers who have no idea what they are doing. Some lack such basic engineering skills and knowledge which makes one wonder if they had proper higher level education or lied about their past career experiences on their resume. Most of them are genuinely nice people, but they are really dragging down productivity.
