Pros
Access to markets, size and strength I guess are positives. Position in marketplace and marketing budget. Cross has a recognizable brand because they insure some local sports teams but if they knew the operations it may change.
Cons
Poor Management, Micro- Management. Not one constant voice or message. No information from management passed down to employees. No set commission or bonus structure ever presented. No consistent message from Maine to branch offices.
