Pros

You'll make decent relationships with the other employees based on your mutual agreement that you're all miserable and think that those in upper management don't know what they're doing

Cons

There is a male in the office that sexually harasses some of the women, and even almost got the company stuck with a lawsuit for harassment, but they refuse to reprimand him or fire him. If you speak up about something you feel can be improved, you will be shut down and treated like you're dumb, and then eventually you will get let you go because they don't like when their employees try to give actual feedback. I saw this happen to 5 different people in 2016 alone. They also will try to get you to do more than what was discussed when you were hired, but they will refuse to compensate you for it, and then this will cause unnecessary tension which will in turn force you into a deep depression that will make you want to kill yourself whenever the boss decides to show up in the office. The male sales director is also has a huge ego and will ignore you when you even say so much as "Good Morning," but will act friendly when he needs you to buy something for him. He also hires pointless people because he doesn't actually do his job.

Pros

You will learn time management, how to prioritize responsibilities, and truly have a grasp of what you're good and bad at. Co-workers and CEO is amazing-- couldn't have asked for a better team!

Cons

None really-- if you didn't like tech before, you'll have a chance to try something new.

Pros

This isn’t a place for dedicated, good people. There are individuals here who mistreat others. If you want to become psycho join them. Don’t expect to learn anything worthwhile.

Cons

If you lack ambition and knowledge and have no desire to improve, then feel free to join
