Pros

You'll make decent relationships with the other employees based on your mutual agreement that you're all miserable and think that those in upper management don't know what they're doing

Cons

There is a male in the office that sexually harasses some of the women, and even almost got the company stuck with a lawsuit for harassment, but they refuse to reprimand him or fire him. If you speak up about something you feel can be improved, you will be shut down and treated like you're dumb, and then eventually you will get let you go because they don't like when their employees try to give actual feedback. I saw this happen to 5 different people in 2016 alone. They also will try to get you to do more than what was discussed when you were hired, but they will refuse to compensate you for it, and then this will cause unnecessary tension which will in turn force you into a deep depression that will make you want to kill yourself whenever the boss decides to show up in the office. The male sales director is also has a huge ego and will ignore you when you even say so much as "Good Morning," but will act friendly when he needs you to buy something for him. He also hires pointless people because he doesn't actually do his job.

Pros

One of the things I like here (and that's unique in my experience) is the combination of structure and flexibility. If you identify needs and take initiative to address and fill them, you'll be supported and also be provided with the tools to make them happen. That goes for internal and client-facing programs and initiatives. I need both structure and room for creativity, so it's the kind of environment that works for me. Second thing: love that the cornerstone of this IT company is investing in building strong relationships with customers. Also, you're encouraged to work for further certifications and move to more senior roles.

Cons

Be ready to start with a not too competitive salary, changes with the length of time you stay.
