Pros

Good, hard-working, and kind people 9/80 work schedule

Cons

The legacy culture of caring and taking care of employees has been exterminated by the current Executive Leadership. "Walter Zable, founder, is rolling in his grave!" is the murmur you hear as you walk through the corridors. Cold, calculating measures are taken to reduce work -force , folks with decades under their belt are escorted out . Reductions in force are rampant, outsourcing of key functions are sent to India, and now no 401k match or pay increases. Mark my word, Covid was not the cause, this was due to poor management and overspending to purchase new businesses and buildings, without proper planning. CEO has a reputation for being a Dictator and CFO sees cost cutting like a with a Clearance cutter with a machete, all the while CHRO stands by and does nothing.

Pros

The few people left in the trenches are the Heroes!!!!

Cons

Cubic found a way to normalize the abnormal. No amount of hustle will fix a place that runs on Dysfunction. No level of loyalty will reform leadership that protects its own bad behavior. Culture rewards politics over performance. Accountability only flows downward. Highest performers are exhausted and the worst behavior is excused that's an Infrastructure problem. It's not my job to fix a company that is comfortable being broken.
