Pros
Higher Management at curia appreciates the efforts of the employees and is always accessible incase of any issues. There are regular skip level meetings to discuss the employee goals. So many events are arranged to keep the employees updated about what is happening in and around the company. Work Culture is good here and there is flexible work environment and no work pressure.
Cons
The count of employees has increased in the current year and the work space feels small. May be a bigger space would be nice as the company is growing No cab facility but there is Metro train station that helps to easily commute.
