CDS - Claims Examiner II Custom Disability Solution Employee Review

I have worked in claims for a long time and seen a lot of different management styles, but CDS is by far the most impressive of all. It's pretty amazing to see managers be so hands on with claims and help out their staff when needed. Very positive work environment and co-workers are hands down, the best around!

Claims are the same everywhere, the leadership and management are what should be focused on, not the job itself.

Always able to find a parking spot.

If you are a nurse who values your career and appreciates the ability to grow within your field, then this is NOT the place you want to be. The clinical department for this company is over seen by someone who does not even hold a formal degree and she is unable to provide support and guidance for her clinical staff. Again, if you are a nurse applying for a job here, consider yourself warned. High turn over in all departments. Salaries are not competitive nor are the benefits. In addition, there is absolutely zero career growth and staff is discouraged to continue with their own education.
