This must have been one of the first reviews on Glassdoor and I missed responding at the time but I am glad you are part of the team and appreciate your positive feedback. Over the past few years we have tried to add some additional structure to make it (hopefully) easier to get assistance and increase velocity. Putting in the Vega skills development program was one step in helping to connect those who are able to provide guidance on a certain skill with those who are looking to develop that skill.
