Pros

There are some gifted people on this companies staff. It is a shame they lack a clear mission, and empowered, experienced, and capable leadership.

Cons

Strange, secretive effort to support largely invisible clients. Analytical part of the company is a cash cow for the rest of the company. The company's incoherent mission, cult of personality work environment, and unseen leadership was not worth sacrificing a clearance. Products were produced on whim, inexperienced leadership chain based on bizarre personnel relationships, often between the obsessive-compulsive subordinate and the largely absentee leader. Work hours change--again to suit appearance and whim. Employees suffered unforeseen and unexplained tax bills. It all became just bad theater.

Pros

This company is the best you can find in the area in terms of a fun culture, interesting work, and wonderful people. They also have great benefits and compensation. The work is generally interesting. The company is flexible with hours to better avoid traffic or life events. I always think of CyberPoint in a good manor and never hate going to work because of anything there (just the usual traffic or really comfy bed.) Everyone is approachable, including the C level exes and owner. They are super friendly and will regularly check in which every group they can, and make sure that you are getting what you need.

Cons

This is where clearances go to die, doesn't matter what they say, yours will not be renewed unless you go overseas. A lot of upper management secrecy while they try to figure things out, it is not uncommon to go months without an explanation of the company's direction (or never). Upper management buddy system, expect to see them with their friends and families working at the company, don't expect to be able to pull yours in (and don't expect the rare incompetent upper manager to ever be asked to leave).
