      There is no Pros with this Company. Stay away from this Company.

      Cons

      1)Highly pressurized work environment. 2)If you don't get PO'S (offers) in 2 months, they will fire you even if you are giving them submissions. 3) Its managers are always over the Head of Recruiters demanding for Submissions in every 15 minutes. Lack of Job Security is a major concern at Cynet Systems. Don't spoil your Career by joining this Fraud Company.

      Pros

      - Immediate team is great people to work with through lead level. - Work gives fascinating insight into AI/LLM capabilities.

      Cons

      - Management is invisible and arbitrary - No advancement path. Originally "advancement" was through increased responsibility with no increase in pay, eventually even that disappeared. - Pay is well below reasonable for job requiring advanced degree and experience. This is the "shadow" workforce of training AI. - No job security. At some point, you will be released with zero notice, you'll learn your contract has not been renewed by finding on a Monday morning that you can't log in and then seeing an email that was sent after work hours the previous Friday saying nothing more than you must return their laptop. - Contributing to the further erosion of human work.
