Some (not all) of the longest-tenured top managers were very unprofessional. The day-to-day work environment was uninspiring and led to excessive pressure to produce causing low morale. Very high voluntary turnover. Only lip service seems to be paid to workers' concerns as company is a subsidiary to an out-of-state parent.
