Pros
The company offers a lot of perks: casual atmosphere/dress, flexible schedules for a majority of the entry level "Account Rep" positions, competitive pay in most departments, a good culture (a work hard, have fun atmosphere), decent bonuses, and a fairly competitive benefits package. At one time there was a lot of room for advancement while it may seem less so now, don't let other reviews fool you...it's always been about what you accomplish; if you work hard, are professional, resilient and demonstrate an interest in growth - you will be recognized and rewarded. Finally, the best thing about the company is the people - they are phenomenal!!! It can be like a family if you want it to be!
Cons
After the founder(s) left (2007-ish), leadership started lacking at the executive level and the lack of vision and focus over the course time has seeped into the middle management. Stress levels can rise when client requests and demands overwhelm the company (kudos to middle management for keeping this from getting to the front lines!).
