      In most jobs you have lots of variation, possibility to deal with challenging opportunities, international, fair amount of freedom to take initiatives to make things work

      Even though DEME is working internationally, the mentality remains a bit too Flemish; work-life balance; internal politics; internal communication could be more transparent
