I wouldn’t say there are any cons based on my brief experience with DJM.
I see some previous comments about a mean, inappropriate, unprofessional owner and I did not deal with that at all. I think some of these other comments might be based on previous ownership because I was very impressed with how involved the owner was with his team. He was funny and made the environment relaxed. He is super generous, providing employees with an abundance of snacks and coffee. I would recommend getting a gym membership bc you will be spoiled with frequent lunches and breakfasts. So if you happen to work here under Todd, I believe you’re in great hands.
I chose this position because I felt like it would be a great learning experience and it would sharpen my skills in marketing. Unfortunately, I did not consider the traffic after work or just how long the commute would be. Please learn from my mistake and consider that before you apply.
