My team/department felt excluded from the rest of the company, almost as if we were an external contractor. High workload as a junior staff member with little support. Efforts not made to properly replace key members of staff in the team.
Real family friendly feeling at this workplace. Not pressurised to do anything you are not comfortable and you can work at your own pace with development opportunities available
