      Pros

      They are understanding when it comes to home life. They had good xmas party, good to the employees.

      Cons

      Got paid crap. It felt like a meat house there. They men treat the woman like pigs and always getting hit on. I was told by management if I wore more skirts I may be able to move into a different department. I was tired of kissing butt to try to get a promotion. hopefully this have changed!

      I love my DMB financial !! Benefits for working for DMB Financial: Growth within the company Money incentive- bonus is as much as you want it. Opportunity- To growth your skills- endless trainings. We are a big family- Understanding and loving & caring.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at DMB Financial for many reasons. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly co-workers and very knowledgeable management that is always willing to help you when needed. I enjoy the fact that I am truly helping our clients better their unfortunate situations they have found themselves in. I also have found that all my hard work is rewarded by the company as well. I have been working here for over a year and a half at this point. I can say without question this is the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      The only draw back for me is that the office is 40 miles away from home. I must say though, it is certainly worth the trip.
