They have tried to right the wrongs they made deliberately to others in need, but that will not be enough if they can not keep a happy, stress free workplace. They say we are family but it seems only a few can in that circle with upper management, cutting bonus packages of employees and not compensating for pay rate with work load increase due to their "clean sweeping" through the department and letting mutlplie people go without replacement. Management is in need of a serious overhaul and change, this will be the only way this company can come back
