Advisors searching team leader desks to be nosey and find information. *Tenants names searched on Facebook to see what they are like *Team leaders not being confidential - if your sick, the whole office will know *Team leader unable to use system and log repairs and is stuck in 1975s and not accepting new ways *Inappropriate conversations - discussions of sex, swearing and insults. * Team leader waiting for retirement and will do bare minimum, if that

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements are quite good and holiday allowances. Starts at 25 days for new starters and can go up to 32 days. Lower management and officers are very supportive with great cross department working and information sharing.

      Cons

      Culture of bullying and micromanagement from councillors and senior managers is unfortunately getting worse. Repeated restructuring and mass redundancies has left vast knowledge and management gaps.
