Pros

People are nice, but unfortunately they do seem to be brainwashed. During my 'assessment day'(which was basically going with an account manager and his colleagues to a different city, paying myself for the train there - I know I was stupid to do it, or naive which is what you do when you look for a job).

Cons

- on commission pay (and you are basically a street foundraiser) - if you don't persuade people to donate money, you won't earn anything. There is no basic pay, so there is no financial security for you (how will you pay your bills if there are no sale? They will defend it saying 'on commission pay' allows for meritocracy within the company (to differentiate between high and low performers). - you will have to cover costs of your transport across Yorkshire, UK - they find vulnerable people (they like if you are like a sponge - easy to be lied and manipulated) and brainwash and use them like donkeys ... - they tell you it's a fast-tracking programme to make you a manager in months - sounds appealing, but let's be realistic - they advertise the job as a marketing assistant/sales assistant (you are a street foundraiser!) = lies, lies, lies, lies..... If you are you really looking for real career opportunities, do yourself a favour, and keep applying for jobs. Good luck !

Pros

friendly staff, but that's about it

Cons

It's pretty embarrassing that the only decent reviews for DNA are for management? Not that they're bias or anything... The company is a pyramid scheme who prey on fresh graduates and try to brainwash you into working 10+ hour days on commission only! Some days you make absolutely NO MONEY and the turnover for staff is phenomenal as people join and begin to realise they've been scammed! The job is usually advertised on job sites as a 'marketing assistant' or 'events manager' or something similar, however the reality of what you are doing is standing outside the Merrion Centre trying to con people - which makes me personally feel very guilty and humiliated! The staff are nice enough but management is clique-y (they all live together so work is just one big social for them) and fancy themselves as some high flying entrepreneurs. Also the leadership training ladder BS they preach in the interviews is NOT REALISTIC. The lady who interviewed me had been working there a year and she was only on level 2, poor girl.

-You will learn the practicalities of business in a positive working environment where everybody works towards achieving their goals -You will develop an insight into the life and mindset of successful CEO’s and there is a management programme set in place for you to get there with hard work and persistence -There is also a massive emphasis on working in teams, so if your a team player and like to work with others this is the perfect place for you -Above all the opportunities to travel and progress is second to none

Cons

-The travel opportunities are fantastic but do come with an additional expenses -It can take up to 2-4 weeks to learn the technicalities of the job so it requires patience and persistence but training is provided
