It's pretty embarrassing that the only decent reviews for DNA are for management? Not that they're bias or anything...
The company is a pyramid scheme who prey on fresh graduates and try to brainwash you into working 10+ hour days on commission only! Some days you make absolutely NO MONEY and the turnover for staff is phenomenal as people join and begin to realise they've been scammed! The job is usually advertised on job sites as a 'marketing assistant' or 'events manager' or something similar, however the reality of what you are doing is standing outside the Merrion Centre trying to con people - which makes me personally feel very guilty and humiliated!
The staff are nice enough but management is clique-y (they all live together so work is just one big social for them) and fancy themselves as some high flying entrepreneurs. Also the leadership training ladder BS they preach in the interviews is NOT REALISTIC. The lady who interviewed me had been working there a year and she was only on level 2, poor girl.
