Pros

Rapidly growing - lots of opportunities to influence processes, procedures, and overall product. This also means opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and influence your growth trajectory within the company. Awesome swag... DNSFilter tshirts, yeti, Macbook Pro, Airpods, home office buildout, full health/dental/vision insurance paid for by the company, team meet-ups.... etc.

Cons

I personally wouldn't consider a con, however, if you're a person who likes established methodologies and a mature company, DNSFilter isn't for you. You must embrace being agile, flexible, and adaptable.

Pros

I had an outstanding experience with DNSFilter from start to finish. The interview process was straightforward, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone I met was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and excited about the work they’re doing. The onboarding was thorough and well organized, making it easy to feel set up for success right away. The sales team especially stands out — amazing, supportive, friendly, and truly team-oriented. There’s a strong sense of community across the organization, and the office has such a lively, positive energy that makes coming to work something you actually look forward to. I genuinely feel like I’ve found my home here. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Cons

Pros

DNSFilter is a place for people who want to be challenged, grow quickly, and make a real impact. The mission is meaningful, the people are smart, and there is a strong culture of candid feedback and continuous improvement. Leadership encourages debate, listens to good ideas regardless of title, and is willing to adapt when presented with better information. Those who embrace the challenge tend to thrive.

Cons

This environment is not for everyone. Expectations are high, accountability matters, and ideas are regularly challenged. People looking for a slower-paced environment or constant validation may find the culture uncomfortable. Like any growing company, there are growing pains and changes in priorities as the business scales.
